Bookkeeper

IIQAF Group is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Bookkeeper in Sydney to support our hospital and healthcare financial operations. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll processing, bank reconciliation, BAS preparation, and healthcare financial administration.

• →Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
• →Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations
• →Process payroll and employee expense claims
• →Prepare and assist with BAS/IAS reporting
• →Maintain general ledger and financial records
• →Generate financial reports for management review
• →Monitor hospital billing and revenue tracking
• →Ensure compliance with Australian accounting standards and healthcare regulations
• →Support audits and financial reviews

• Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or Accounts Officer
• Experience in hospital, healthcare, or medical industry preferred
• Proficiency in Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks, or similar accounting software
• Strong knowledge of BAS, payroll, and GST compliance
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• High attention to detail and strong numerical accuracy
• Relevant accounting qualification or certification preferred
