Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role As a Supply Chain Logistics Trainee, you will help the team assess freight invoices and maintain the corresponding workflow on a global scope. * Invoice Verification: Assist in verifying the accuracy of freight invoices and dispute discrepancies when identified * Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with the team and warehouse managers to resolve discrepancies promptly * Workflow Management: Support the management of efficient workflow for the Accounting department * Payment Processing: Assist in the release of freight invoices for payment processing * Logistics Master Data Management: Support the maintenance, validation, and continuous improvement of logistics master data (e.g., transportation lane setup, carriers, routes, packing material creation, etc ), ensuring data accuracy and enabling efficient and reliable supply chain operations Your Profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed You are passionate about logistics and supply chain operations in a global context. You combine an analytical mindset with excellent communication and organizational skills, and you are eager to learn new tools and technologies to support worldwide processes. * Education: Degree in Business Administration, Economics, International Relations, Commerce, Supply Chain, or a similar field * Working Style: Have good communication and organizational skills and attention to detail at all times * Tools: Have a good command of MS Office (especially Excel), and SAP is a plus * Language Skills: Fluent in English, written and spoken Please send us your CV in English so we can get to know you better.
