At INHAUS, we are partnering with a leading multinational healthcare company in the search for a Sales Manager to lead commercial strategy and business development in the Dominican Republic.

We are looking for a professional with strong commercial experience, the ability to lead high-performing teams, and a strategic mindset, eager to take on a high-impact role within an organization recognized for innovation and excellence.

Your impact in this role

You will be responsible for leading a commercial team, driving business growth, and ensuring the successful execution of the company's strategy in the market.

You will play a key role in building relationships with healthcare professionals, institutions, distributors, and other relevant stakeholders, identifying growth opportunities and strengthening the company's market presence.

Key challenges

  • Lead, develop, and empower a high-performing sales team.

  • Drive business growth and ensure achievement of commercial objectives.
