Who you are
You’re a reliable, client-savvy problem solver who can balance multiple accounts while delivering high-quality service and strategic recommendations. You’re comfortable owning your own book of business, building trust with clients, and translating campaign results into clear next steps. You know when to ask questions, when to take the initiative, and how to keep everything on track.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, hospitality, or related field
- 2–3 years of experience in account management, hospitality marketing, or agency experience supporting hospitality clients
- Strong client-facing experience with confidence leading calls and presentations
- Experience analyzing marketing or campaign performance and providing recommendations
- Strong client-facing experience and communication skills
- Experience with a CRM platform (e.g., HubSpot) is preferred
- Experience with a project management tool (e.g., Asana) is preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
A day in the life
As a Client Success Account Specialist, you manage a portfolio of hospitality clients and act as their strategic partner. You lead performance discussions, provide insights to improve visibility and bookings, and ensure campaigns are aligned with each property’s goals. You understand the challenges that our clients are facing in the hospitality space and know how to ask questions to support their goals
Responsibilities include:
- Managing a portfolio of client accounts, building strong relationships and ensuring reliable support
- Leading regular client check-ins to review progress, aligning on goals, and addressing any questions
- Responding to ongoing client needs, providing timely updates and proactive solutions
- Interpreting campaign results and translating performance data into clear, actionable insights
- Collaborating with internal teams to drive strong campaign performance and deliver excellent service
- Other duties as assigned
