You’re a proactive and relationship-driven client partner who goes beyond execution to act as a strategic extension of your clients’ teams. You thrive in building trust, understanding business goals, and delivering high-impact results for large accounts. You bring energy to every touchpoint and are always looking for ways to strengthen client partnerships and campaign performance. 

 

Candidates must reside in and be authorized to work in the U.S., excluding the following states: California and Washington. 



Qualifications  

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, hospitality, or related field 
  • 3+ years of experience in account management, hospitality marketing, or agency experience supporting hospitality clients is a plus 
  • Proven experience managing large or high-touch client accounts with multiple points of contact 
  • Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills 
  • Ability to synthesize campaign data into clear, strategic recommendations 
  • Confident managing multiple deadlines and priorities 
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot) and project management platforms (Asana) 



A day in the life 

As the Client Success Account Executive, you manage a portfolio of hospitality clients and act as their strategic partner. You lead performance discussions, provide insights to improve visibility and bookings, and ensure campaigns are aligned with each property’s goals. You understand the challenges that our clients are facing in the hospitality space and know how to ask questions to support their goals. 


Responsibilities include:  

  • Managing a portfolio of client accounts, building strong relationships and ensuring reliable support 
  • Leading regular client check-ins to review progress, aligning on goals, and addressing any questions 
  • Responding to ongoing client needs, providing timely updates and proactive solutions 
  • Interpreting campaign results and translating performance data into clear, actionable insights 
  • Collaborating with internal teams to drive strong campaign performance and deliver excellent service 
  • Other duties as assigned
