Implement the commercial strategy within the assigned area and channels.
Working closely with the Senior Sales Manager to assure a right “push & pull “ approach.
Manage and develop customer relationships, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
Create and execute customer and area development plans, identifying growth opportunities.
Collaborate with the distributor team to ensure balance and consistency across territories.
Drive turnover growth by optimizing product distribution, sales volumes and product mix.
Support new business development and monitor competitive activities, sharing insights with the team.
Education: Preferable degree and background in economics or equivalent experience. Appreciated a technical training in the food sector.
Professional Skills: Customer’s relation & negotiation; Capability to score new business; Ability to analyze numbers; Forecasting techniques; Project Management; Products: general knowledge about food ingredients.
Experience: 3+ years of experience in the specific role, in B2B companies within the food sector.
Language Skills: Proficient in Dutch & French
Computer Skills: MS office (Excel) mandatory, CRM/salesforce
