The Sales Manager we are looking for, will be responsible for developing and executing the sales strategy across the HoReCa, Food Service, and Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) channels in the italian market.
The role needs to ensure the achievement of company targets in terms of revenue and gross margin, while building and maintaining strong technical and commercial relationships with customers. Through a deep understanding of customer needs and market dynamics, the Sales Manager will have to identify and develop new business opportunities in alignment with corporate strategy and directives.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales or a related field.
- Professional Skills/Experience: +3 years in a similar role, preferably in B2B companies. General understanding of bakery, pastry, and ice cream products. Experience selling food products
- Language Skills: Fluent Italian and English
- Computer Skills: MS Office
