Internal Only: This position is only for employees currently working at CNH Reman

The working lead will ensure manufacturing standards are met, work is accomplished and promote a safe work environment. This employee will also help train new and current employees, and lead by example. Must work with the safety and quality departments to ensure all safety and quality requirements are met. This employee will drive teamwork and collaboration within the department while ensuring safety, quality and production goals are met.
Essential Responsibilities:

Train new and current employees on production processes, safety and quality standards.
Work with production to meet daily goals and maintain manufacturing standards.
Follow work instructions, submit PCR for incorrect work instructions, contribute to continuous improvement
Team Player, communicate effectively
Uses existing procedures and basic problem-solving techniques to define or resolve routine problems
Complete daily pallet jack and hoist inspections and maintains good housekeeping practices
Operate manual pallet jack, press, vise, hand tools, wash tank, solvent tank, solder gun, various air tools, gauges, testers, computer, copy machine
Ensure completion of responsibility sheets

Requirements:

High School Diploma or HiSet (Formerly GED)
Regular, predictable and reliable attendance with the flexibility to work overtime as needed
Must have excellent communication skills and be able to work with and motivate a team
Ability to read, write and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, Safety Data Sheets (SDS), Globally Harmonized System (GHS) labels, Job Safety Analysis (JSA)
Must have knowledge and understanding of each position in the department
Ability to maintain a positive attitude
Ability to work with computers and software systems,
Must wear all personal protective equipment PPE
Must be able to sit, stand, walk, bend, stooping, twist, reach, reach overhead
Must meet all physical demands of the job
Work in both hearing conservation and non-hearing conservation areas
