Responsibilities

Monitor production bot runs
Investigate and document incidents
Track SLAs and operational metrics
Perform root cause documentation

Maintain operational tables and tracking files
Manage access requests and permissions
Register and onboard new clients/process users
Maintain structured documentation
Ensure compliance with internal procedures

Communicate with business departments using the robots
Handle non-development related questions and requests
Act as first-level operational contact
Escalate technical issues to developers when necessary

University degree (completed or in progress) in computer science, information technology, or a related discipline
Strong structured and process-oriented thinking
Excellent organizational skills
High attention to detail
Professional written and verbal communication skills in English and Bulgarian
Ability to manage multiple administrative streams
Calm and structured approach to operational issues
Genuine interest in automation and process optimization
