LAC Federal is seeking a Senior Records Manager and Administrative Support Specialist to provide senior-level administrative and records management support for the IRC program. Maintains records systems, filing structures, correspondence tracking, document control, and records retention activities.
Responsibilities

- →Perform records indexing, filing, retrieval, and disposition
- →Support records compliance and document tracking
- →Coordinate records requests and inventories
- →Maintain correspondence and archival files
- →Support audits and records reviews
Requirements
~1 min read- Experience supporting DOS or civilian agencies preferred
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, reach, and operate standard office equipment and computer systems for extended periods while managing records systems, performing data entry, maintaining documentation, and supporting administrative operations.
- Ability to frequently lift, carry, transport, sort, and organize files, records, archival materials, and file boxes weighing up to 25–35 pounds as part of records management, inventory control, retrieval, and document retention activities.
- Ability to provide on-site operational and technical support in a fast-paced office environment, including setting up and troubleshooting audiovisual equipment during meetings or events, navigating file storage areas, and responding quickly to time-sensitive requests and operational needs.
