Location: Remote — Philippines (collaborating daily with the U.S. team)

Help us build a stronger pipeline and connect with the right customers. As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll identify prospects, start meaningful conversations, and create qualified opportunities that help drive revenue growth.

What you’ll do

  • Prospecting & outreach: Research target accounts, identify decision-makers, and engage prospects through email, phone, LinkedIn, and other outbound channels.
  • Lead qualification: Understand prospect needs, qualify opportunities, and determine fit based on company goals and sales criteria.
  • Pipeline generation: Schedule qualified meetings or demos for Account Executives and maintain consistent activity to support revenue targets.
  • CRM management: Accurately track outreach, conversations, next steps, and lead status in the CRM.
  • Follow-up & nurturing: Build rapport with prospects, handle initial objections, and keep leads engaged through timely follow-ups.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to improve messaging, targeting, and conversion rates.
What you’ll bring
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, lead generation, business development, or customer-facing roles.
  • Comfort with CRM tools, email outreach platforms, spreadsheets, and LinkedIn prospecting.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Confidence making outbound calls and engaging new prospects.
  • A goal-oriented mindset—organized, resilient, curious, and proactive.
