Lendz Financial is now interviewing upcoming graduates and early-career professionals for our July 2026 Internal Account Executive cohort. This is a structured path to launch and accelerate your career in mortgage sales and financial services.
Kickstart your next chapter with Lendz Financial, a cutting-edge B2B mortgage lender transforming how brokers and businesses access financing. As an Internal Account Executive, you’ll join our growing Internal Sales Team and gain hands-on experience in consultative selling, client relationship management, and business development- all while learning from some of the most accomplished professionals in the industry.
You’ll receive comprehensive training, mentorship from top-performing sales leaders, and access to a robust lead database to help you build your pipeline and reach your potential. This role is fully onsite at our Fort Lauderdale headquarters on Las Olas Boulevard.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Engage mortgage brokers through outbound calls, emails, and texts (all leads provided by Lendz).
- →Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive new business and long-term partnerships.
- →Understand client goals and match them with our range of competitive financial products.
- →Respond to broker questions and loan status inquiries with accuracy and professionalism.
- →Maintain all client interactions in Salesforce to track opportunities and pipeline growth.
- →Distribute marketing materials and promote Lendz products to new and existing brokers.
- →Monitor expiring rate locks and proactively follow up to keep deals moving forward.
- →Deliver exceptional customer service to every client, every time
