The role plays a critical part in connecting business and technology ecosystems through scalable integration services that support operational efficiency, digital transformation, and data-driven decision-making. 
By establishing robust integration standards and governing API delivery, the role ensures enterprise data is accessible, protected, and consumable through trusted interfaces. The position strengthens platform resilience, accelerates solution delivery, and enables consistent integration capabilities that support both internal stakeholders and external partners. 
What You Will Deliver API & Integration Delivery
  • Deliver secure, scalable APIs and integration services that enable reliable data exchange across enterprise platforms and applications.
  • Establish integration patterns and service standards that ensure consistency, performance, and long-term maintainability.
  • Enable governed access to enterprise data products through stable interfaces and service contracts.
Security, Governance & Compliance
  • Embed authentication, authorization, auditing, and access controls that protect enterprise data and services.
  • Ensure API and integration solutions align with data governance, security, and enterprise architecture standards.
  • Maintain effective lifecycle controls across API design, deployment, change management, and retirement.
Platform Reliability & Operations
  • Deliver highly available and resilient integration services that meet performance and reliability requirements.
  • Strengthen observability through monitoring, logging, metrics, and tracing capabilities.
  • Resolve production incidents and drive continuous improvements that reduce operational risk and service disruption.
Technical Assurance & Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Provide technical guidance and assurance for integration initiatives, projects, and vendor-delivered solutions.
  • Partner with data engineering, platform, and application teams to deliver end-to-end integration outcomes.
  • Enable effective API adoption through documentation, onboarding, and stakeholder engagement.
Continuous Improvement & Optimization
  • Improve integration performance, scalability, and operational efficiency through ongoing enhancement initiatives.
  • Drive standardization and automation opportunities that increase delivery quality and reduce complexity.
  • Promote best practices that enhance the maturity of enterprise integration capabilities.

  • Secure and reliable APIs consistently meet business and technical performance expectations.
  • Enterprise systems are integrated through standardized, governed, and scalable integration services.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline. 
Experience
  • 7-10 years of experience in API development and integration engineering within enterprise environments.
  • Experience delivering production-grade integrations with strong security and governance requirements.
  • Experience supporting and optimizing mission-critical integration services.
  • Experience collaborating across platform, engineering, architecture, and business teams.
