＜部門について＞

Surgical Operation Unit (サージカル)では、外科用医療機器メーカーのパイオニアとして、外科手術で使用されるステープリング、エナジー、スーチャー、ヘルニアなどの医療機器を中心とした製品を取り扱っています。また外科手術支援ロボット及びデジタルサージェリー製品部門と共に構成された事業部です。

＜業務内容＞

メドトロニックは現在、大型医療機器ビジネスに参入し全国で活動を展開しています。革新的な新技術をお客様に届けるべく、Sales Representativeを募集します。

Job Experience

各項目において5年以上の経験を有し、手術室に関わる営業経験、顧客との対人折衝、複数の関係者を巻き込みながら関係構築のスキーム作りと実行経験が望ましい

• 外科系キャピタルの営業経験

• 外科領域製品の販売経験

• 高いコミュニケーション能力/交渉力/関係構築力

• 自発的・クリエイティブな行動力（新しい技術や情報を積極的に探究し、日常業務で実装するために行動する力）

• 変化への柔軟性・挑戦意欲（変化変動の多い環境を楽しみながら事業やビジネスの成長に向けて前向きに取り組む力）

• プロジェクト管理スキル

Education

• 高卒以上

Job Experience

• 英語力（会議への参加、リーディング、スピーキングに積極的である）

• 社会的地位（学長、病院長、理事長　等）の高い顧客との折衝経験

• 10名程度の部下を持つ管理者経験

＜Working Style＞

• 週5日、担当施設、及び配属エリア内施設にて業務を行います

• 宿泊を伴う出張が月半分程度発生する見込みです
