If you’re known for your strong communication skills, insightful leadership style, and hands-on understanding of manufacturing equipment, this role could be a great fit.   Job status: Permanent, Full TimeShift: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm (must be flexible)Work location: Onsite – Coquitlam, BC or Pitt Meadows, BC (flexible as assigned)Salary range: $87,000 – $107,000 per year   In this role, you will: Lead daily manufacturing operations across Encapsulation, Tableting, Coating, and Blending to ensure production targets, schedules, and resource utilization are met. Coach, develop, and support supervisors and teams with a strong focus on people leadership, engagement, and clear communication across all shifts. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, improve yield, and identify opportunities for equipment optimization and preventative maintenance. Champion a culture of safety, quality, and compliance by ensuring adherence to cGMP, SOPs, and all health and safety standards. Collaborate with cross-functional partners including Maintenance, Quality, Planning, and HR to resolve operational challenges and support business objectives. You have: A bachelor’s degree in operations management, Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field. At least 5 years of supervisory or management experience in a manufacturing or packaging environment. Strong knowledge of GMP standards and experience working in a regulated manufacturing environment. Hands-on understanding of manufacturing equipment with the ability to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and preventative maintenance. Proven people leadership skills, with excellent communication, sound judgment, and the ability to motivate and develop teams.
