We are a growing BC business and one of Canada’s leading manufacturers of nutritional supplements, dedicated to enhancing the wellbeing of our customers.
In this role you will:
Perform physical and chemical analytical testing of raw materials, in-process samples, packaging materials, and finished products, utilizing UHPLC, HPLC, GC, UV/VIS, FTIR, titrations, Karl Fischer, pH meter, density meter, and other instruments
Log samples for testing, co-ordinate transport of samples, and input results using LIMS
Maintain, troubleshoot, calibrate, and operate laboratory equipment
Participate in scheduled cleaning and other laboratory housekeeping duties
Coordinate with manufacturing for sample workflow; provide support for various manufacturing and validation processes
Work a schedule of Monday-Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
You have:
A diploma or degree in Chemistry or a related field
Minimum 1 year of experience in an analytical lab preferred
HPLC, GC, and other instrumentation experience will be considered an asset
The ability to quickly refocus your attention throughout the day based on the priorities of the department
