Previous cooking experience, preferably in healthcare, senior living, or hospitality settings.
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
Attention to detail and a passion for preparing high-quality meals.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Creativity, reliability, and a positive attitude.
Ability to speak and read English.

Responsibilities

→Prepare and cook meals according to planned menus, recipes, and dietary requirements.
→Ensure food is presented attractively and served at the appropriate temperature.
→Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen and work area at all times.
→Follow all food safety, sanitation, and infection control policies and procedures.
→Monitor food inventory and assist with receiving and storing deliveries.
→Collaborate with dietary staff to accommodate special diets and resident requests.
→Assist in cleaning dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment as needed.
→Communicate effectively with team members and residents to ensure a positive dining experience.
→Adhere to all regulatory and organizational standards.
