Requirements
~1 min read- 2+ years managing SDR/BDR teams in EMEA, with a record of growing and developing a team in-market
- Proven success entering emerging or under-penetrated markets and building pipeline
- Experience with multilingual, multi-country teams and an understanding of regional buying behavior
- A hands-on coaching style. You're credible on the phone and in the inbox, not just in dashboards.
- Strong analytical skills. You're comfortable in Salesforce, Outreach/Salesloft, and tools like ZoomInfo or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Creativity in outbound: you test new messaging, channels, and plays rather than relying on a single playbook
- Demonstrated use of AI to improve prospecting, productivity, or coaching, and the curiosity to keep experimenting
- Experience in B2B SaaS, or fast-growing tech company
- Strong written and verbal English; additional European languages are a plus
