Production Lead - 2nd Shift

• →Counsel, mentor, coach, and develop employees.
• →Coordinate production workflow throughout the department and move resources as needed.
• →Ensure all crew members are prepared and ready for duty including having their proper PPE.
• →Ability to enforce all company guidelines, standards, and policies including Safety & Quality.
• →Perform daily quality checks
• →Cross trained to safely operate all equipment and cover all positions as needed.
• →Train department employees to safely and accurately perform tasks to predetermined standards.
• →Notify management of equipment malfunctions and other potential safety issues.
• →Maintain accurate production records, report issues, and suggest improvements.
• →Assist in onboarding and training new team members on processes and safety.
• →All other duties as assigned.

• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing or production environment preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of production processes, safety regulations, and quality control.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
