About the Role

We're looking for an Account Executive with 1–2 years of experience to join our growing accounts team. This is an entry-level role designed to support our senior account leads in delivering excellent service to our pharma and healthcare clients. You'll be a key point of contact for day-to-day client communication, help keep accounts organized and running smoothly, and gain hands-on experience managing agency-client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • →Working with agency colleagues to devise online performance programs that meet the client's brief and budget
  • →Working with the Account Manager to brief PIO specialists across SEO/GEO, performance, and content divisions and assist with the formulation of end to end online performance marketing programs
  • →Support Account Manager to liaise with, and act as the link between, the client and the PIO team by maintaining regular contact with both
  • →Undertake administrative tasks as needed
  • →Support Senior Account Managers in managing and growing existing client accounts
  • →Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM (contacts, activity logs, deal/account status)
  • →Prepare status reports, recaps, and internal updates for account teams and leadership
  • →Assist in drafting and formatting client-facing materials, including proposals, SOWs, and presentations
  • →Help coordinate timelines, deliverables, and internal handoffs between clients and internal teams (creative, strategy, project management, etc.)
  • →Join client calls and meetings to take notes, track action items, and follow up as needed
  • →Flag risks, blockers, or client concerns to senior account staff proactively
  • →Continuously learn account management best practices and agency processes

Requirements

  • 1-2 years project management experience is essential, and ideally working with pharmaceutical / healthcare clients
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced, remote environment
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus
  • Proactive, coachable, and eager to learn from senior team members
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent practical experience
