We are seeking an experienced Product Manager with 8–10 years of experience and a strong background in commerce (eCommerce, digital commerce, marketplaces, or transactional platforms). This role requires a highly execution-oriented leader who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and can turn complex systems into simple, practical solutions.

You will play a critical role in driving product strategy, execution, and delivery while operating with high velocity and minimal bureaucracy.

Key Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to delivery for commerce-related initiatives.
Translate complex business and technical systems into clear, actionable product requirements and deliverables.
Drive rapid execution with a strong bias toward action and measurable outcomes.
Lead cross-functional teams (Engineering, Design, Operations, Business) to deliver scalable commerce solutions.
Operate effectively in environments with incomplete information and evolving priorities.
Make data-informed decisions while balancing speed and quality.
Simplify processes and remove friction to enable faster product delivery.
Provide strong leadership in ambiguous situations and align stakeholders around clear outcomes.

Required Experience & Qualifications

8–10 years of Product Management experience, with a strong commerce background.
Proven track record of delivering large-scale commerce or transactional platform solutions.
Demonstrated ability to execute quickly with minimal process overhead.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to simplify complex systems.
Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
Comfortable making decisions with imperfect or incomplete information.
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence across functions.
