About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) Intern to join our HR team. This is an entry-level opportunity ideal for fresh graduates or recent postgraduates who are passionate about building a career in Human Resources. The role will provide exposure across core HR functions including employee engagement, performance management, HR operations, payroll coordination, and recruitment support in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.

Responsibilities

→Bachelor’s degree completed; MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or related field completed or recently completed
→Freshers are encouraged to apply
→Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition
→Excellent verbal and written communication skills
→Proficiency in MS Office tools including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
→Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
→Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism
