WHAT WE ARE SEEKING

Education: Minimum of associate degree in plastics/polymer engineering, mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, or a related technical discipline.

1–3 years of hands‑on experience in injection molding and/or extrusion (compounding).
1–3 years of R&D or relevant plastics/polymer processing experience.
Preferred experience with PMMA, tooling, equipment, ASTM/ISO standards, and basic material analysis (e.g., moisture, MFR).

Technical Skills: Strong capability in processing equipment, troubleshooting, equipment maintenance, and adherence to SOPs in a regulated environment (GLP experience is a plus).

Professional Skills: High self‑motivation, strong quality and safety mindset, ability to manage multiple projects, excellent communication skills, and comfort working independently or as part of a diverse team.

Computer Skills: Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and capable of reading/writing standard work instructions.
