Construction & Facilities Sales Representative

Enterprise Construction Group is seeking a motivated, results-driven Construction & Facilities Sales Representative to join our growing team. This position is ideal for a sales professional who enjoys building relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and generating results within the construction and facilities industry.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new client relationships, promoting the company's construction and facilities services, and helping grow our customer base.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities within the construction and facilities markets.
Generate leads through networking, prospecting, referrals, and other business-development activities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, property managers, facility managers, and other industry professionals.
Present and explain company services to prospective customers.
Prepare and follow up on proposals, estimates, and sales opportunities.
Maintain regular communication with prospects and existing clients.
Negotiate and close sales while achieving established revenue goals.
Track sales activities, leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales to project execution.
Represent Enterprise Construction Group professionally in meetings, networking events, and industry activities.

Qualifications

Previous sales experience required.
Experience in the construction and/or facilities industry preferred.
Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Proven ability to develop new business and close sales.
Highly motivated and results-driven.
Self-starter who can work independently while also collaborating with a team.
Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
Bilingual in English and Spanish.
Professional demeanor and excellent customer-service skills.

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who is energetic, proactive, competitive, and relationship-oriented. The ideal candidate understands that successful sales are built on trust, consistent follow-up, and delivering value to clients.

Experience selling construction services, commercial facilities services, property maintenance, renovation, or related services is a strong plus.
