In 2025, the Group continued its global growth with its expansion into North America. Driven by the vision to make every day more rewarding, ShopBack is dedicated to saving members money and time, and delivering delight every day. As the Head of ShopBack Pay, you will drive high impact growth and development of our new business unit - ShopBack Pay, with direct P&L ownership. You will be responsible for leading and empowering high performing sales and marketing teams to build and scale our new business from scratch in Hong Kong. Your leadership will shape our success, foster strategic partnerships, and contribute to ShopBack’s vibrant culture. 
  • Drive the overall growth, business strategy, business development with key stakeholders and business partners in Hong Kong.
  • Full ownership of the sales, marketing and operations teams performance, execution and processes qualities to drive strong results.
  • Accountable for the business's overall performance and P&L.
  • Work closely with regional stakeholders and local heads of the online business to drive omnichannel growth
  • Lead, empower, and mentor your team to bring about growth and development for a high performing unit
  • Build and lead strategic plans and initiatives to ensure that ShopBack is well attuned to industry trends, opportunities, and competition landscape.
  • Contribute to the overall success and culture of ShopBack.
  • Solid experience in sales leadership, performance management, and exceeding team targets.
  • Exceptional track record in online-to-offline sales; experience in the food/retail tech space is a plus.
  • Proven direct experience in building, leading and inspiring lean and high-performing sales teams, with a fast-moving, continuous development mindset
  • Have experience developing and executing creative, innovative integrated marketing campaigns that drive positive results in the local market. 
  • Outstanding networking skills and the ability to make partnerships happen, strong network of merchant partners in the food and retail space is highly valued.
  • Ownership mindset, possess grit, tenacity, and hunger to win. A resilient problem solver who is not discouraged by failure.
  • Demonstrated use of AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Cursor) to develop new or improve workflows, enhance productivity, and drive efficiency at scale.
