We're seeking an experienced HVAC Installation Field Supervisor to provide leadership, technical expertise, and operational support to our residential installation teams. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for ensuring installation quality, supporting technicians in the field, resolving complex installation issues, and maintaining the high standards our customers expect.

What We Offer
~1 min readAs the HVAC Installation Field Supervisor, you will oversee residential HVAC installation crews while serving as the primary field resource for technical troubleshooting, installation support, quality assurance, and warranty-related concerns.
You will work closely with Install Managers, Service Leadership, and Technicians to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company standards.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Lead, mentor, and support HVAC installation teams while promoting a culture of safety, accountability, and quality workmanship.
- →Provide hands-on technical guidance and support for complex installations, startups, troubleshooting, and repair situations.
- →Diagnose and resolve installation-related issues, warranty concerns, and system performance problems in the field.
- →Conduct jobsite visits, ride-alongs, and quality inspections to ensure installations meet company standards, manufacturer specifications, and local code requirements.
- →Train, develop, and coach technicians on technical skills, installation best practices, customer service, and professional growth.
- →Assist with workforce planning, scheduling, and manpower allocation to maximize productivity and operational efficiency.
- →Partner with manufacturers, internal departments, and field teams to resolve equipment and installation-related concerns.
- →Support technicians during escalated customer situations and ensure concerns are resolved professionally and effectively.
- →Monitor team performance and provide ongoing feedback to drive continuous improvement and reduce callbacks.
- →Serve as a technical leader and company representative, ensuring every project reflects Adam Home Services' commitment to exceptional service and workmanship.
Requirements
~1 min read- 5+ years of residential HVAC installation experience
- Prior leadership, Lead Installer, or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of HVAC installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair
- Understanding of residential and light commercial HVAC equipment
- Strong knowledge of electrical, refrigeration, airflow, combustion, and mechanical systems
- Ability to read wiring diagrams, installation manuals, and technical documentation
- Experience resolving warranty and installation-related issues
- EPA Universal Certification required
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Team leadership and crew supervision
