Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Confidential Private Equity Firm
Remote (Offshore) | Full-Time
This confidential private equity firm specializes in acquiring and revitalizing small and medium-sized U.S. businesses whose owners are ready to retire or transition out. Founded in 2024, the firm focuses on industries such as manufacturing, construction, and home improvement, targeting companies with $500K–$5M in EBITDA that have substantial growth potential.
The firm’s investment philosophy centers on preserving the legacy of acquired companies—including employees, brand identity, and customer relationships—while introducing strategic growth initiatives to modernize operations, expand market reach, and increase profitability. With two companies already acquired and a goal of 2–3 acquisitions per year, the firm is positioned for significant expansion. The CEO brings deep leadership experience from major global consulting firms and has led large-scale transformation initiatives for Fortune 500 clients.
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join the executive leadership team. This critical offshore position reports directly to the CEO and oversees all financial operations across the holding company and portfolio businesses.
The ideal candidate has strong U.S. GAAP expertise, extensive private equity and M&A experience, and a proven track record working with small to mid-sized U.S. companies. This position requires working U.S. Central Time hours and will initially manage a finance team of approximately five professionals, with continued team growth expected as the portfolio scales.
