About the Company:

You'll be working directly with a GTM Engineering Lead operating across a ~50-person holding company with 4 active divisions. This is not a traditional single-company setup — it's a portfolio environment where the lead acts as a central operator driving go-to-market systems, automation, and data infrastructure across multiple businesses. The business is highly systems-driven and AI-enabled, already leveraging modern coding and automation frameworks to increase output efficiency.

About the Role:

We're hiring a GTM Engineer to support automation, workflows, and growth infrastructure across multiple business units. The GTM Engineering Lead is currently the sole GTM engineering resource, meaning this hire will play a critical role in scaling execution capacity across the group. This person will act as a direct execution partner — helping translate GTM strategy into scalable systems. This is a high-impact, build-focused role, not maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

Automation & Workflow Development

• Build and optimize GTM workflows and automations across teams
• Work across tools and platforms to streamline go-to-market execution
• Implement AI-assisted workflows to increase output efficiency

Data & BI Systems

• Support data pipelines, reporting, and BI systems
• Ensure clean, reliable data infrastructure across business units

Technical Implementation

• Assist with coding and technical implementation of growth systems
• Translate GTM strategy into scalable, repeatable systems

Cross-Unit Operations

• Improve operational efficiency across multiple business units
• Collaborate directly with the GTM Engineering Lead on high-priority initiatives
• Operate effectively across a multi-entity portfolio environment

Qualifications & Skills

Hard Skills:

• Experience in GTM Engineering, Growth Engineering, or RevOps Engineering
• Strong automation & workflow development skills
• Data & BI experience — pipelines, reporting, dashboards
• Coding / scripting ability (e.g. Python, JS, or similar)
• Familiarity with modern GTM tooling and AI-assisted workflows
• Experience with modern GTM and automation platforms (e.g. n8n, Make, HubSpot, or similar) preferred

Soft Skills:

• Comfortable working in fast-paced, multi-entity environments
• Able to operate with ambiguity — scope and priorities may evolve
• Strong problem-solver who can build, not just maintain systems
• Strategic thinker who can also execute hands-on
• Experience supporting multiple teams or business units simultaneously
