About the Role
~1 min readWe are seeking a highly organized, strategic, and execution-focused Marketing Operations Lead to serve as the operational backbone of our marketing function.
This is not a basic social media role—it is a high-ownership position responsible for managing campaigns, channels, vendors, reporting, recruiting marketing, and brand consistency across every public-facing touchpoint of the business.
You will work directly with ownership to ensure the company shows up consistently, credibly, and professionally across multiple audiences, including property managers, general contractors, building owners, and future employees.
This role will partner closely with an in-house Content Creator who handles field capture and production, while you own strategy, channel management, execution, and performance reporting.
The ideal candidate is equal parts marketer, operator, and brand steward—someone who can think strategically while also handling day-to-day execution without constant oversight.
Your mission is to run the day-to-day marketing engine—campaigns, content flow, CRM hygiene, paid ads, vendor coordination, recruiting marketing, and reporting—while protecting and strengthening the brand’s reputation.
You will help ensure the business becomes the most recognized and trusted name in its market through consistent, authentic, and high-quality marketing execution.
This company does not believe in loud, flashy marketing.
The brand is built on trust, credibility, craftsmanship, and long-term reputation.
Our marketing approach is:
- Subtle and trust-first rather than aggressive selling
- People-focused and video-driven over graphic-heavy content
- Authentic, relatable, and community-centered
- Rooted in proof, case studies, employee highlights, and educational content
- Aligned with long-term reputation over vanity metrics
The right candidate understands that what we choose not to say is often just as important as what we do say.
