Pay Range : $1800 - $2000 USD/month

Duties and Responsibilities:
We’re looking for a results-driven Paid Ads Specialist to join our growing team. This role will be responsible for building, managing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and (secondarily) LinkedIn Ads. You will play a key role in campaign execution, performance analysis, and supporting creative strategy—while also participating in client calls as a subject matter expert.
- Build and launch campaigns using provided copy, creative, content, and links.
- Implement campaign elements across advertising platforms and submit for approval.
- Refresh and update on-channel ad content as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to plan and brainstorm ad content.
- Help prepare creative briefs using past performance insights and strategy documents to hand off to the creative team.
- Monitor weekly campaign performance and suggest data-driven optimizations.
- Generate monthly performance reports with a focus on explaining the “why” behind performance trends.
- Export and manage performance data from ad platforms as needed.
- Support implementation of tracking tags using Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
Responsibilities

- →Maintain up-to-date certifications for platforms you manage.
- →Proactively monitor account health and flag any performance anomalies.
- →Ensure all deliverables (reports, campaigns, copy decks, emails, updates) are thoroughly reviewed and client-ready.
Minimum Requirements:
Language requirement: Excellent English Communication Skills (accent is fine)
Education: Bachelor's Degree (ideally)
Experience: 2-4+ years of related experience
- →2–4 years of hands-on experience in paid digital advertising, specifically Google and Meta platforms.
- →Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and optimization strategies.
- →Experience using Google Analytics and GTM for tracking and measurement.
- →Comfortable joining client meetings and presenting insights clearly in English.
- →Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and communication skills.
- →Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple campaigns at once.
- →Must have experience in the following platforms:
- →Google Ads, Meta Ads
- →Google Analytics
- →Google Tag Manager
- →Hubspot (secondary)
- →Google Suit (Docs, Drive, Slides)
- →Excel / Google Sheets
