Our client is a fast-growing, highly active oil and gas mineral rights and royalties acquisition company headquartered in Dallas, Texas. We work directly with mineral and land owners across the United States—primarily concentrated in Texas—to acquire valuable subsurface assets.
We are seeking a relentless, high-energy Outbound Acquisition & Sales Specialist in South Africa to serve as the voice and lead generator of our acquisition pipeline. In this role, you are a "hunter." You are responsible for executing high-volume outbound outreach to lists of US mineral owners, introducing our firm, qualifying their interest in selling, and guiding them through our valuation and offer process.
No prior Oil & Gas experience is required. We can easily teach you the technical parameters of mineral valuations, land laws, and calculation software; what we cannot teach is the natural ability to relate to people over the phone, handle rejection with grace, and build trust within seconds. If you have a background in cold calling, high-volume sales, or appointment setting, and you possess a clear, neutral accent, we will give you the playbook and data to build a highly lucrative global sales career.

- The "Value" Hook: Educate owners on our ability to provide fast, transparent, and fair payouts for their assets, establishing immediate credibility for our brand.
