Under limited supervision, after meeting the training criteria, this position will function as a customer service representative, signing into a phone system and managing a large number of inbound and outbound calls on a daily basis. You will be a technical expert for all areas under the jurisdiction of the Driver and Vehicle Records Division. You will provide business and technical support to county offices, the public, other in-state and out-of-state government agencies, law enforcement, and insurance companies to resolve issues and provide guidance. This position will assist with processing disabled parking permits, specialty license plate applications, bonded titles, and various other job duties. You will also have an opportunity to assist customers in person, rotating to our front counter.

Requirements
~1 min readKnowledge of: Departmental software programs/systems, technical processes and procedures, business processes, policies and procedures, agency rules and regulations, and state statutes is helpful but not necessary.
