Sales Representative - Superior Fence & Rail – Where Quality Matters!


Location: Fort Myers, FL (SWFL Territory)

Compensation: Commission-only, uncapped.
Top performers earn $100K+, with $120K per year as the expected baseline for someone meeting performance standards.

This is not a salary or hourly role. Pay is directly tied to results.


About the Role:

We are a well-established, fast-growing specialty construction company and the highest-rated in our category, with 800+ Google reviews averaging 4.9 stars.  We are positioned as the premium solution in our space. We do not compete on being the cheapest—we compete on quality, execution, and brand reputation.

 

You will receive high-intent, “hot” leads—similar to a car dealership where customers walk in already looking to buy. The difference? Instead of waiting on a showroom floor, you are invited into the customer’s home to consult, present, and close.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Run in-home sales appointments with motivated buyers
  • Own the full sales cycle from first contact to signed contract
  • Sell our brand and premium product offering
  • Manage follow-ups, appointments, and your sales pipeline
  • Learn our products well enough to write clean, accurate orders
  • Work closely with operations and production as part of a team

  • People confident selling premium products and brand value
  • Self-managed, disciplined, and consistent with follow-up

 

Successful candidates often come from high-training sales environments, where brand representation and closing skills are critical.

 

Schedule:

  • Monday–Friday during standard working hours
  • Occasional weekend work

 

This is a performance-based role. Follow-up calls, product knowledge, and personal accountability are required to succeed.

 

Not a Fit If You:

  • Uncomfortable with commission-only compensation
  • Rely on price instead of value to close
  • Struggle with follow-through or accountability
