Are you ready to take your passion for food and customer service to the next level? Look no further! The Cantillon Group is now hiring a full-time Catering Supervisor to join our team.

Please note that this is a full-time position with an early start and early finish (5am–2pm or 6am–3pm), which may suit someone looking for free afternoons. The role is primarily Monday to Friday, offering a good work-life balance.

You will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the fast-food department, ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction, product quality, and presentation.

Responsibilities

  • Ensuring food is prepared, presented, and served to the highest standard.

  • Ordering and stock management.

  • Supervise the activities of the catering operations on an on-going basis to ensure necessary tasks are completed on time and to the required standard.

  • Communicating with the clients regarding catering orders, by phone and email.

  • Ensure high quality and consistent customer service is provided at all times.

  • Ensure compliance with all safety and food regulations.

  • Monitor and adherence to store and company policies.

  • Serving customers

  • Other catering duties as required

  • Salary starting from €36,000 DOE

  • Weekly pay, every Thursday

  • Permanent contract with guaranteed weekly hours.
