Deli Manager / Cook

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Deli Manager / Cook to join our team at our SPAR location based in Co. Offaly.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our deli department, ensuring high-quality food preparation, and providing excellent customer service.

• Manage and lead a team of deli staff members

• Plan and prepare a variety of deli items, including sandwiches, salads, and hot food items

• Ensure food safety standards are met at all times

• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed

• Create and update menu offerings based on customer preferences and seasonal availability

• Train new staff members on food preparation techniques and customer service best practices

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner

• Maintain a clean and organised work environment
