Food Truck Chef / Cook

SPAR Express Bandon, Bandon, Co. Cork require a full time Experienced Chef to join their amazing food truck team.

Job Description.

• Line Cooking, fresh burgers, chicken, selection of fish and cooking chips to order.

• Greet customers with a positive attitude.

• Maintain required records including food production, inventory, income/expense.

• Responsible for product ordering and inventory control to ensure product availability.

• Follows all HACCP food service guidelines.

• Handle cash and balance sales

• Ensure food equipment is properly maintained (food truck) including coolers, ovens, fryers, prep tables and cookware. Ensures repairs are completed as necessary.

• Responds to customer preferences and complaints.

• Maintain the cleanliness of the food truck and ensure to follow proper sanitation procedures.

• Maintains gasoline and propane fill levels.
