Outside Fire Sales Representative

• →Visit fire stations across San Diego, Riverside, San Bernardino, Los Angelos and South Orange County
• →Conduct product demonstrations and gear fittings for crews and leadership
• →Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships
• →Collaborate with inside sales to prepare quotes and manage order follow-through
• →Attend vendor days, regional expos, and industry events
• →Maintain accurate CRM records and territory notes

• Hybrid/remote when not traveling in territory
• Field travel approximately 2–3 days per week
• Occasional overnight travel for larger events

• Fire-service background strongly preferred (municipal, wildland, seasonal, or logistics)
• Minimum 2 years of outside sales experience, preferably in PPE, industrial equipment, or public-safety sectors
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-through skills
• Ability to build trust and rapport with departments and crews
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
• Valid California drivers license and reliable vehicle
