• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Real Estate, Energy, or a related field;

• 8+ years of experience in complex business development within the Real Estate field, with a proven track record of closing deals;

• Knowledge of the energy sector, preferably in Commercial & Industrial and solar solutions;

• Strong commercial skills and ability to translate technical and financial insights into client-focused solutions;

• Talent for networking and representing the company at events, building community engagement;

• Excellent communication skills and a structured, independent way of working;

• Talent is great. Energy is essential. A friendly, collaborative vibe is key!

• Proficiency in French and English (spoken and written).
