Position: Group Coordinator Lead- Trainer
Shift: 7:00am - 3:00pm Monday-Friday
Pay: $21.75 per hour

In addition to the general job description below, the ideal candidate will also possess the following skills and/or experience: Strong understanding of all departments and equipment in the warehouse. Prior experience training new team members. At least 1 year of experience operating different forklifts. Strong understanding of Microsoft Excel and computers. Must be comfortable working different shifts as needed for training.

Role Purpose:

 

Leads Training and evaluation of associates on MHE and classroom instructions.

 

Key Accountabilities:

 

  • Support and lead the trainers at the site.
  • Create effective training presentations and be able to present them to associates.
  • Create training programs for individual functionality defaulting under a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
  • Create conceptual Standard Operating Procedures for high level overviews at the customer level.
  • Prepare detailed work instructions for individual functionality defaulting under a WMS.
  • Effective initial training and cross training of associates and outside workers.
  • Support operations as needed by leadership.

 

Required Education and Experience:

 

  • 1+ year training experience in warehouse setting
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent, preferred
