We work with global clients to modernise their QA processes and are rapidly expanding our footprint across India and international markets.
We are looking for a customer-focused Account Manager to manage and grow client relationships in the Mumbai region. This role combines account management, revenue ownership, and technical consulting, requiring someone who can engage with clients, understand their QA challenges, and drive adoption and expansion of testing solutions.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in software testing/test automation companies, along with proven experience in managing client accounts and driving business growth, including exposure to global client environments.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring strong relationship management and customer satisfaction.
- →Own and drive account growth, revenue targets, and overall account profitability.
- →Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
- →Conduct regular client visits across Mumbai and nearby regions to strengthen engagement and understand business needs.
- →Work closely with clients to understand their testing challenges and propose suitable automation solutions.
- →Collaborate with delivery, pre-sales, and product teams to ensure successful solution implementation and value delivery.
- →Track account performance, revenue pipeline, and growth opportunities.
- →Manage client escalations and ensure timely resolution with high service quality.
- →Support commercial discussions, renewals, and contract negotiations.
- →Manage and engage with global stakeholders (US/UK/EU clients), ensuring alignment across geographies.
- →Coordinate with distributed delivery teams to support global account requirements and timelines.
- →Participate in global account reviews, QBRs, and strategic discussions. Understand and adapt to global delivery models, compliance requirements, and client expectations.
Requirements
~1 min read- 5–10 years of experience in Client/Account Management/Business Development within QA/testing services or QA product companies.
- Strong understanding of software testing, QA processes, and automation frameworks.
- Proven track record in managing client relationships and driving revenue growth.
- Experience working with global clients or stakeholders is highly preferred.
- Experience in client-facing roles with frequent on-site interactions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to translate technical solutions into business value for clients.
- Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings within Mumbai and nearby locations.
