Role Purpose:
The Deputy General Manager - Operations - Global Service Centre will lead and oversee end-to-end shared services operations across Documentation, Invoicing, Customer Service, Process Excellence, Transitions, and Operational Transformation initiatives within the Global Service Centre. The role will be responsible for driving operational excellence, service delivery, process governance, automation, standardization, productivity improvement, stakeholder management, and continuous improvement initiatives across operational functions. The incumbent will play a pivotal leadership role in scaling operational capabilities, improving customer experience, driving operational efficiencies, and supporting organizational transformation objectives.

Location: Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai
Reporting to: Senior Director - Corporate Communications
Key Role Responsibilities:
People Management
- Basic video editing and creation
- Familiarity with tools like Adobe Suite, Canva, Synthesia, CorelDraw and other software solutions and AI tools (Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, DALL·E)
- Graphic designing for social media and website
- Creating graphic elements, including typography, illustrations, logos, and icons, to be integrated into projects and deliverables
- Integrating motion graphics seamlessly into video footage and editing the final video for cohesive storytelling and enhancing overall visual quality
- Working closely with social media team and other relevant stakeholders to deliver on key projects for internal and external platforms
Skills & Competencies
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously
- High level of creativity, attention to detail, and a willingness to experiment
- Complete ownership of projects with minimal supervision
- Ensure consistent visual identity by adhering to global brand guidelines
- Stay updated on design trends, tools, AI advancements, and industry best practices to continuously enhance creative quality
- Basic understanding of customer needs and storytelling in a B2B environment
- High learning agility in a fast-paced environment
- Global Creative Studio for onboarding, engagement and peer-to-peer learning
