Sales Strategy & Execution:Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue generation across digital media platforms, content syndication, and advertising.
Digital Media Expertise:Knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in digital media sales, including SEO/SEM, social media advertising, content marketing, and influencer partnerships.

Reports to: Chief Partnerships Officer
- Sales Strategy & Execution:
Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue generation across digital media platforms, content syndication, and advertising. Focus on acquiring new clients, retaining existing ones, and growing accounts through upselling and cross-selling. - Revenue Growth & Target Achievement:
Achieve and exceed revenue targets by identifying new opportunities in the media space, ensuring a constant pipeline of sales, and closing deals with top-tier clients. - Lead Generation & Qualification:
Lead efforts in generating qualified leads through media channels, content marketing, inbound marketing, and networking. Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement lead magnets, webinars, and content strategies aimed at building a robust lead pipeline. - Client Relationship Management:
Establish and nurture long-term relationships with key clients. Utilize CRM tools to track interactions, identify client needs, and leverage media products and services that maximize client satisfaction and engagement. - Market & Competitor Analysis:
Conduct in-depth market analysis and competitive research to stay ahead of industry trends, identify new revenue opportunities, and ensure our media offerings remain competitive and relevant. - Collaboration & Reporting:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, creative, operations) to align sales efforts with broader business objectives. Regularly report on sales performance, revenue forecasts, and KPIs to senior management. - Contract Negotiation & Deal Closure:
Take a hands-on approach to negotiating contracts and closing deals with high-value clients. Ensure that all contracts align with company goals and profitability targets.
- Media Sales Experience:
Proven experience of 4-6 Years in media sales, including digital advertising, content syndication, programmatic media buying, or other media sales channels. - Revenue Generation Expertise:
Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth through innovative sales strategies and successful lead generation techniques. - Client-Centric Approach:
Ability to build strong relationships with clients and understand their unique needs to drive upselling, cross-selling, and long-term loyalty. - Data-Driven:
Proficient in using CRM systems and analytics tools to track sales performance, manage leads, and optimize sales efforts. - Excellent Communication Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present media solutions persuasively to clients and internal teams. - Strategic Thinker:
Ability to develop and execute both short-term and long-term sales strategies while analyzing key metrics to adjust and improve performance.
- Digital Media Expertise:
Knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in digital media sales, including SEO/SEM, social media advertising, content marketing, and influencer partnerships. - Industry Knowledge:
Familiarity with the media industry, including advertising networks, media buying, broadcasting, and digital content creation. - Advanced Sales Tools Proficiency:
Experience with sales and marketing automation tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM and lead-generation platforms. - Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
