Food and Beverage Manager - The Bristol Bol

We are seeking a skilled Food & Beverage Manager to join our pre-opening team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in a similar role, preferably with international luxury brand exposure. Previous pre-opening experience will be highly advantageous as we work to establish exceptional food and beverage operations.

This is a seasonal position offered on a fixed-term contract.

• →Assist the General Manager in planning, developing, and implementing F&B strategies and operations for the pre-opening phase.
• →Oversee daily F&B operations, ensuring high standards of service, quality, and guest satisfaction.
• →Collaborate with the culinary team to design and execute innovative and diverse menus.
• →Manage and train the F&B team, fostering a positive and professional work environment.
• →Monitor and control F&B costs, including inventory management, budgeting, and financial reporting.
• →Develop and implement standard operating procedures and service standards.
• →Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• →Work closely with other departments to deliver a seamless and exceptional guest experience.
• →Handle guest feedback and resolve issues to enhance overall satisfaction.

• Proven experience as a Food & Beverage Manager or in a similar senior F&B role within a luxury hotel.
• Experience with international luxury brands is highly preferred.
• Previous pre-opening experience is a significant advantage.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent understanding of food and beverage trends and management.
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain high standards.
• Proficiency in F&B management software (Shiji POS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
