The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in a similar role, preferably with international luxury brand exposure. Previous pre-opening experience will be highly advantageous as we work to establish exceptional food and beverage operations.
This is a seasonal position offered on a fixed-term contract.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Assist the General Manager in planning, developing, and implementing F&B strategies and operations for the pre-opening phase.
- →Oversee daily F&B operations, ensuring high standards of service, quality, and guest satisfaction.
- →Collaborate with the culinary team to design and execute innovative and diverse menus.
- →Manage and train the F&B team, fostering a positive and professional work environment.
- →Monitor and control F&B costs, including inventory management, budgeting, and financial reporting.
- →Develop and implement standard operating procedures and service standards.
- →Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- →Work closely with other departments to deliver a seamless and exceptional guest experience.
- →Handle guest feedback and resolve issues to enhance overall satisfaction.
Requirements
~1 min read- Proven experience as a Food & Beverage Manager or in a similar senior F&B role within a luxury hotel.
- Experience with international luxury brands is highly preferred.
- Previous pre-opening experience is a significant advantage.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent understanding of food and beverage trends and management.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain high standards.
- Proficiency in F&B management software (Shiji POS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
