Assistant Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a professional and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to lead our teams and uphold the exceptional standards. The Assistant Restaurant Manager will oversee all aspects of the restaurant business and operations, aiming for the highest service level and ensuring the highest quality of food & drinks preparation and presentation while maintaining efficiency and profitability.

  Structure, train, develop, manage and lead the team (fostering a collaborative and positive work environment)

  Monitor and maintain brand awareness and guest satisfaction overall

  Ensure efficient restaurant operations, including inventory management, food costing, and maintaining par levels of supplies

  Strong financial accuman with the proven ability to oversee cost control, labor, management and bottom line profitability

  Preparing and execute budgeting and short & long-term goals

• Proven experience in a high-end or fine dining Italian restaurant group

• A positive and self-motivated disposition with a commitment to excellence and team success

• In-dept knowledge to manage, structure and develop a restaurant company >10 million revenu

• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team

• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high demanding environment, multitask and meet expectations without compromising quality
