At The July, we don’t just create events, we drive business through experiences that connect people, surprise them, and leave a lasting impression. From vibrant corporate events by the water at Vessel to intimate private dinners in London, each location has a unique identity and every event is an opportunity to grow revenue, strengthen partnerships, and elevate our brand. Following the successful launches of Vessel, The 51, and The Idler, we are now expanding into Dublin, Lisbon, and Amsterdam’s Zuidas with large-scale event venues and we want you to be part of that commercial growth.
As a Meeting & Events Sales Manager, you are first and foremost a revenue driver. You proactively identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities, building a strong pipeline across all our locations. You don’t just generate leads, but you close deals and turn clients into long-term partners. You own the full sales cycle: from prospecting and pitching to negotiation, contracting, and handover to operations.
You know how to position our venues in a competitive market and translate client needs into commercially strong event proposals. Whether it’s a product launch, corporate event, or private celebration, you combine creativity with a sharp commercial mindset to maximize revenue and profitability. You work closely with the events and operations teams to ensure delivery meets and exceeds what was sold. You also contribute actively to the sales strategy for our expanding international portfolio.
