Location: Dublin.

We’re looking for a commercially driven Senior Account Manager to join us, win new clients and grow established relationships across the Irish market.

You’ll own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and consultative discovery through to closing, account development and long-term client retention. This is a senior role for someone who can create new opportunities while becoming a trusted commercial partner to mid-sized and enterprise organisations.

Threatscape is an award-winning cybersecurity consultancy trusted by leading organisations. We combine deep technical expertise with strategic partnerships at the highest level with vendors including Microsoft, Broadcom/Symantec, Palo Alto Networks, Vectra and Wiz.

Our reputation is built on exceptional service delivery, deep technical capability and a client-first approach. The successful candidate will work closely with our consultants to shape solutions around each client’s commercial objectives, security priorities and operating environment.

Following significant recent investment, we are entering an exciting phase of growth. We have ambitious plans to expand our presence over the coming years, creating exceptional opportunities for people who want to make a real impact and grow their careers alongside the business.

  • New client acquisition: Build and convert a strong pipeline of opportunities with mid-sized and enterprise organisations across Ireland. You’ll own prospecting, stakeholder engagement, consultative discovery, proposal development, commercial negotiation and closing.
  • Client ownership and growth: Retain ownership of clients, building trusted relationships, maintaining account plans, identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities, and coordinating with delivery teams to support successful outcomes and long-term retention.
  • Senior stakeholder engagement: Build credibility with CISOs, technology leaders, procurement teams and other senior decision-makers. Use a consultative approach to understand business and security priorities and shape relevant services.
  • Sales planning and forecasting: Develop territory and account plans, maintain an accurate pipeline and forecast, and use market and client insight to influence wider sales and marketing priorities.
  • Relevant consultative sales experience: You have at least five years’ experience selling cybersecurity, technology or other complex professional services would be particularly valuable.
  • New-business track record: You can demonstrate how you have built a pipeline and book of business from the ground up, including the opportunities you created, sales cycles you managed and revenue you delivered.
  • Irish market knowledge: You understand the Irish business landscape, know how to identify and access relevant decision-makers, and can build new relationships through targeted outreach, referrals and your professional network.
  • Client growth and retention: You have experience developing existing accounts, navigating multiple stakeholders, identifying additional needs and protecting long-term client relationships. You are equally comfortable opening a new opportunity and expanding an established partnership.
  • Commercially astute: You think strategically, ask the right questions, and are focused on long-term value.
