Torch is targeting the $100+ billion office-based healthcare supply industry, starting with dental practices. As an Account Executive at Torch, you will own the full sales cycle from first touch to close. You will work directly with small and midsize dental practices, helping them understand how Torch delivers real, measurable value through cost savings and operational efficiency.

This is a true full-cycle role. You will prospect, set demos, run discovery, lead demos, and close deals. Our sales motion is fast-paced with short sales cycles, allowing you to build pipeline quickly and see results in real time.

You will have the autonomy to own your number while being supported by strong coaching, proven playbooks, and a highly collaborative team.

Location: Austin, Texas (in office Monday - Thursday, with flexibility to work from home on Fridays once ramped) 

Hours: Monday - Friday 7:45 AM - 5:00 PM CST

  • Own the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting through close
  • Consistently meet and exceed activity and revenue targets (60–90 outbound calls per day depending on ramp status)
  • Maintain strong outbound activity to consistently build pipeline while running demos and closing deals
  • Conduct discovery calls and tailor solutions to the needs of dental practices
  • Run product demos and guide customers through the decision process
  • Leverage proven sales playbooks while collaborating with teammates and leadership to iterate on sales strategy
  • Close new business and drive revenue growth
  • Manage and track pipeline and prospect conversations in Salesforce with strong attention to detail
  • Collaborate with teammates and leadership to continuously improve messaging and strategy
  • 1–3 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS or tech-enabled services
  • Proven success with outbound prospecting and closing net-new business
  • Experience selling to SMBs (doctors, restaurants, bars, etc.)
  • Comfortable with high-volume outreach and building momentum with cold prospects
  • Excellent communication, discovery, and consultative selling skills
  • Ability to manage a pipeline and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-starter who takes ownership and adapts quickly
  • Fast sales cycles that allow you to close deals quickly and build momentum
  • Clear product market fit with a strong value proposition, most customers save 15 to 25 percent on supplies
  • Full ownership of your pipeline and deals once fully ramped
  • A collaborative in-office environment with real-time coaching and support
  • A clear and transparent path for growth into senior roles based on performance
  • Compensation: OTE is $100,000 (additional earning potential with uncapped commission), Base salary is $62,500
  • Clear fast-paced path for growth into senior AE or leadership roles, with promotion opportunities as early as 9 months based on performance
