Operator, Crane - 2nd/3rd Shifts

• →Safety of fellow associates when blades are being moved with the cranes. 
• →In charge of blade movement for all molds, spar caps, webs, root slicer, root pre-fabs to skin molds.
• →Coordinating with team leader and shift leader for all crane related moves for shear web gantry.
• →Work with transition to ensure there are openings for de-molded blades from molding. 
• →

  Training of other team members to run equipment as backups. 

   

• Crane Certification or ability to get crane certification. 
• Demonstrated leadership skills & mentoring skills. 
• Enthusiasm and the ability to motivate others. 
• Ability to maintain safe work environment. 
• Ability to make decisions on the flow of blades and components and able to do what is needed.
