We're TrueFoundry, and we're building it. We're looking for a Demand Generation Specialist to join the team.
Companies are moving beyond simple chatbots to production agentic systems. These systems route between OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and self-hosted models. They integrate dozens of tools via protocols like MCP. They orchestrate multi-agent workflows where agents coordinate with other agents.
The infrastructure to support this doesn't exist yet. You can't just duct-tape together a few API calls and call it production-ready.
You need a control plane that handles:
- Intelligent routing with observability, cost policies, and fallback logic
- Centralized tool and MCP server management with security and lifecycle controls
- Agent orchestration with governance and guardrails
- A unified compute layer to run self-hosted models, custom tools, and agents
We've built two products to solve this:
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Plan, develop, and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns (including cold calls, email campaigns, content marketing, digital outreach, and events) to generate qualified leads and drive sales for TrueFoundry’s offerings.
- →Nurture potential customers through personalized engagement, including product demos, sharing case studies, and providing whitepapers to accelerate interest and movement through the funnel.
- →Build and maintain a robust pipeline by driving top-of-funnel activities with targeted outreach, discovery meetings, and qualification exercises to identify and create new opportunities.
- →Owning cold-calling as a high-impact channel confidently reaching out to engineering, data, and product leaders to understand their MLOps, LLMOps, AI Gateway and AI infra challenges.
- →Collaborate closely with sales teams post-qualification to develop ‘win plans’ that maximize conversion rates.
- →Maintain a deep understanding of True Foundry’s solutions to tailor messaging effectively for specific customer needs and objectives.
- →Partner with Solutions and Product teams to share customer feedback and insights to improve campaigns and go-to-market strategies.
- →Act as a brand evangelist for True Foundry across LinkedIn, industry forums, and relevant platforms to enhance visibility and engagement.
- →Track and report on campaign performance metrics, optimizing strategies for continuous improvement.
Requirements
~1 min read- 5–8 years of experience in Business Development, Inside Sales, or Demand Generation roles.
- Excellent English communication skills with a neutral or global accent.
- Proven experience selling Software Products, SaaS, Analytics, or AI/ML-driven solutions to global markets.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas on a quarterly and yearly basis.
- Strong ability to network and engage with C-level, VP, and Director-level stakeholders in enterprise organizations.
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth technology environments.
