You will be responsible for growing our APAC business revenues mainly through our reseller and partner channels. Demonstrated ability to identify, build and retain high value channel partnerships on behalf of a SaaS vendor, preferably in the business applications space. Proven ability to effectively communicate at all levels both internally as well as externally are required. Excellent written and verbal communication, and presentation skills. Consistently exceeded a $1 Million+ quota. Experience in developing and working to strategic plans, in relation to channel partner activity in both existing and new markets in APAC Define and follow clear rules of engagement with channel partners. Drive Partner sales and marketing activity. Manage channel sales through forecasting, account resource allocation, account strategy, and planning. Work closely with relevant UKG functions to ensure alignment of channel activity with the broader GTM plan for the UKG APAC business. Partner education, enablement, and certification. Ability to work with partners on co-marketing activities for lead generation. Manage the partner agreements, order and contracting documentation. Job duties are varied and complex requiring independent judgment. Must have 5+ years of experience in selling software solutions in a channel environment, with success selling HRMS/WFM solutions a plus. Driven and highly motivated individual who has strong interpersonal skills and is able to work in a team environment. Attention to detail, extreme organization required Excellent communication skills, both written, verbal, and strong presentation skills. Extensive travel in the region is expected as part of this role. Extensive Channel sales experience with focus on managing strategic reseller channels for business applications. Experience with solution selling, Partner Management, Direct Customer Management, Customer engagement and Pipeline Management. Fluent English, Cantonese and/or Mandarin. Bachelor degree/BTech/MBA or equivalent
